'UA Uchiage Hanabi (Fireworks),' created jointly by Senkin, the celebrated sake of Tochigi, and United Arrows, a leader in the fashion industry. A limited UTAGE set of two bottles plus a glass. The aroma is delicate, with a cider-like sweet-and-sour character spreading out. One sip and fruity sweetness bursts open, before shifting into the sweetness of freshly steamed mochi rice. The rice-derived character lingering in the finish is like the smell of gunpowder smoke drifting at the end of a fireworks display.
