Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Here we introduce "Juyondai EXTRA," certified under the GI Yamagata designation. GI (Geographical Indication) is a system that lets products made using a region's distinctive climate, terroir, food culture and production techniques carry that region's name — Bordeaux and Champagne are famous examples. It uses Yuki Megami, the sake rice suited to daiginjo brewing that Yamagata Prefecture is proud of. The more you chew it, the more umami floods out — a refreshing flavour defined by overwhelming richness and gentle sweetness.
