Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Aramasa Shuzo's "PRIVATE LAB" lineup is brewed with distinctive methods. Here we introduce Prototype 2 of "Amagaeru," one of the rarest bottles even within that lineup. An intense acidity reminiscent of cider and popping carbonation hit hard — enough to wake you up in one shot even after an all-nighter. Once the sweet-and-sour tang and the fizz settle down, Amagaeru's creaminess emerges, and you can enjoy a mellow finish that no other sparkling sake has.
