熊本が誇る銘酒、産土から、令和8年熊本地震の復興支援酒として、ふるさと納税で出品された。産土 改良信交 二農場をご紹介。秋田の新政酒造から譲り受けた改良信仰を使用し、生酛造りと木桶仕込みで醸された。すもも、梅、さくらんぼの優しい甘酸っぱい香りに、一口飲むと酸味が味わいの下地を整え、優しいあまみとうまみが口いっぱいに満開の花を咲かせる。あっさりとしながら旨味のある、鳥刺しやカプレーゼと合わせたい。
