Introducing "Hiran comes here", produced as a trial brew and sold at Mori Shuzojo's open-house event in Nagasaki. Using a red yeast, it expresses beautiful gradations of pink. A mellow, grape-like fruit aroma; on the palate a banana and pineapple sweetness, with a punch of intense carbonation and straight acidity that leaves you clean and refreshed.
