Here we introduce the red label of "Beau Michelle Snow Fantasy," a sake brewed by playing Beatles songs to it, from Tomono Shuzo, the brewery behind "Sawa no Hana." This lightly cloudy (usunigori) sake has a graininess like grated apple. Its refreshing acidity combines with a light sweetness to make you feel like you're swimming in a sea of grated apple — you can almost hear the crunch. The acidity stretches on smoothly, leaving a clean, crisp aftertaste.
