A sake blending Senkin Organic Nature W and Senkin Classic Isshiki at a ratio of 6:4. The rich sweetness of kijoshu and the kimoto-derived creaminess of Senkin Classic elevate each other, producing a dense, full-bodied flavour with real volume. With an alcohol content of just 13%, despite this much presence in the flavour, it still comes across as somehow light and easy to enjoy.
