Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From Juyondai, here's Daigokujo Morohaku Ryu no Otoshigo. Made with Ryu no Otoshigo, a sake rice developed by Takagi Shuzo itself, this bottle is defined by a powerful richness and umami. One sip and a plump, rice-derived umami comes flooding out, pulled together lightly by a touch of gas and acidity. The lingering umami settles in slowly, then passes at just the right pace alongside a clean alcohol snap. A bottle where forceful umami and easy drinkability live side by side.
