We introduce 'Ultimate,' released by Hakurakusei — a sake that aims to be the ultimate food-pairing sake — to mark the 25th anniversary of Kamen Rider Kuuga. The jet-black label design is styled after the Ultimate Form, the tremendous warrior who appears in Kuuga's final episode. Sweetness and acidity are followed by a sharp, tingling alcohol spiciness, after which a gentle umami spreads out slowly — a refined, all-purpose food-pairing sake.
