Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
From the Akita Prefecture brewery Ryozeki Shuzo comes an over-the-top, high-spec sake to commemorate its 150th anniversary. In a nod to the 150 years since founding, it comes in at 15% alcohol, a 15% milling ratio, and a price of ¥15,000 before tax. Like the freshly-pressed golden fruit ripening in the Garden of Eden. A Ryozeki all-star bottle that concentrates the gorgeous aroma of Setsugekka, the elegant sweetness of Hanamura, and the umami of Suigyoku.
