Among the closest shapes (at most one axis off by one step), ordered by score. Re-reviews of the same sake are excluded and each brewery appears once. Where fewer than four qualify, the next closest shapes fill the gap.
Here's the new-season release of "Denshu," the sake that represents Aomori. Since most Denshu bottles are pasteurised, an unpasteurised nama version is very rare — you'll only see one around the new-season release or the zodiac-label bottle. A light-blue, clear bottle with a simple white label matches its light, refreshing flavour. A juicy, sweet-and-sour burst like a green apple, with Denshu's characteristically gentle rice umami seeping in slowly.
