日本酒発祥の地、奈良県が誇るブランド「風の森」のアルファシリーズから「ALPHA6」をご紹介。普段は7号酵母を使用する油長酒造が、新政酒造から提供された6号酵母で醸したお酒。2年目となる2021ビンテージは、白麹を使用しより酸味のある味わいに仕上がっている。甘酸っぱい青リンゴのような香りと生酛由来のクリーミーは、まさにNo.6 R-type。
