言わずと知れた福井県が誇る老舗酒蔵「黒龍」の「しずく」を、2年ぶりにご紹介。名前は上槽方法の一つである袋吊りの別名「雫取り」に由来する。グラスを傾けるとバナナのような熟した香り。華やかで滑らかな口当たりから始まり、甘味と旨味が高まっていく。重厚な旨味の余韻が残るが、くどさは一切ない。黒龍の技術と我々の成長に感動した一本。
