One bottle from the "Musha Shugyo" series, brewed by Hidehiko Matsumoto — long-serving toji (master brewer) at Sawaya Matsumoto — under Hananoka Shuzo, the brewery behind Hananoka. A gorgeous aroma reminiscent of fresh fruit, with a dense sweetness. Perhaps owing to the water quality at Hananoka Shuzo, it finishes with a viscous, syrupy texture.
